Deluge for Windows
Deluge is a BitTorrent client, created using Python and GTK+ (through PyGTK). Deluge is currently usable on POSIX-compliant operating systems. It is intended to bring a native, full-featured client to GTK desktop environments such as GNOME and XFCE. An official Windows port is also in development.
Currently this client manage to bypass streamyx throttling. It is basically a linux based bittorrent client. Just recently, some guy port it into windows platform. For those who want to try it out, click here to download it. This page provided all the documentation of this client. *The latest update is Alpha version 16.
By the way, the windows version is only alpha stage, which means that this client is unstable. Well, it manage to bypass, that’s mean you be able to get full speed or at least 20-30kbps with the international peers, rather than 5-10kbps.
PS: I have try both version (Linux and windows). For my case, linux version works a load better than in windows platform. Linux version is much stable version
