KCBA PC Fair
Last week ago, there held a PC Fair or Sarawak ICT Expo in Kuching (Permata Carpark Building) on 30th November till 2nd December 2007. I’m not sure how on earth PIKOM did not organise in Kuching city. This ICT Expo was organised by KCBA(Kuching Computer Business Association).
I went on the first day (30th Nov) with couple of my friends. It was quite a sad and horrible incident. Tsk Tsk Tsk.
I didn’t buy much thing from there. It is still the same o same o PC Fair every year. This fair theme is laptops. Tons of tons of laptops everywhere. The only laptops I keen is Macbook Pro. Wkakaka… Yea, there had an Apple booth (Perfect Mac from Tun Jugah). I’m not so sure I should mention it or not. Well, what to do.
Internet is a SERIOUS BIZ.
In these 3 hardcore days, “they” did not manage to sell any Apple products. OMG OMG OMG!!! Make History and LEGEND. :mrgreen: I doubt “their” boss darn happy about it.
I spotted few of my old classmates and they working at there as a part time or so. My old classmate, Lisa, gave me a look at this rip-off iphone or iPod Touch design. It is a mp4 player and hell cheap. Haha.
Then, we walked and walked till at the another hall and spotted online gaming booth. =.=!!! Few girls playing those dancing games. Not much things in this fair. Hottest value will be Flash drive and DDR2 RAM. Even without this fair, the price also will be similar. DDR2 RAM price drops very sharply. You guys should know that DDR3 going to the mainstream soon.
Below Rm80 for 4Gb FlashDrive and Below Rm70 for 1Gb DDR2 RAM.
That time I was looking for wireless router. Sad to say, they only sold D-Link brand for wireless router B/G. No other brands. If draft-N, they got sell Belkin. So, I end up bought from my friend, LinkSys WRT54G. The good thing about LinkSys is it has two antenna.
One last sad event. The power failure a couple of times. Everyone was like …
I think it is because of too much load of power usage. I went to the fair again during the night. This time, there ain’t any loud music or audio. Hmm… :smile:
ipod touchs rule the world. the ROCK!!!!!
I want an ipod touch so bad i want the 2nd gen 8gb model!!!!
