Another Leopard Updated (10.5.4)

Apple has just released Mac OS X 10.5.4. It can be downloaded at Apple Support-Download section or Mac OS X Software Update. Other than that, it also included security patches and fixing the usual bugs. The combo update is rather big file size (561MB).

Another Leopard Update

Leopard had been updated again to 10.5.3. It fixed a few of bugs and some improvement. The setup size is rather big (420MB).

- Includes additional RAW image support for several cameras
- Addresses an issue with stuttering video and audio playback in certain USB devices
- Improves 802.1X (Wifi) behavior and reliability and when using Time Machine

Intel’s going SSD market

According to DailyTech, Intel is going to SSD(Sold-state Drive) market. It will be faster compare to Samsung SSD. But, Intel’s SSD (Z-P140) can only be had in storage capacities of up to 16GB while read/write speeds come in at just 40MB/sec and 30MB/sec respectively. 

A SSD is a data storage device that uses solid-state memory to store persistent data.
